Background & Job Description :
- Corporate commercial lawyer having hands-on experience of actively handling corporate commercial transactions (Private Equity & Venture Capital, Merger & Acquisitions and Joint Ventures) and corporate commercial advisory
- Conducting legal research
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents
- Updating and consulting with senior associates
- Supervising paralegals or junior associates from time to time
Must-Have Skills :
Legal Advisory Expe. 4 to 10 years
- Advanced critical and legal reasoning skills
- Ability to provide solutions-oriented advice
- High attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Maintains high standards of delivery
