Manager - Commercial Finance - FMCG - CA

We are looking Commercial Finance Manager for an FMCG Company.

Position is responsible for the Commercial management of Mentor Manufacturing accounting functions

Responsibility :

- Monthly Business Review (with the Regional Management team)

- Quarterly & Annual Business Review (with Company Leadership Team)

- Ensure effective understanding, analysis, and reporting of key business metrics.

- Support the Commercial team in preparing presentations and review documents for leadership team meetings.

- Actively support the development of a new EMEA and EEMEA - Daily Sales Report-, partnering with Business Intelligence team.

- Responsible for managing the entire - Customer Excellence Center- shared service closing activity (in Dubai) as well as for supervising its costs, payroll operations, fund management.

Budgeting/Forecasting :

- Responsible for EEMEA Revenue forecasting. Model, analyze, summarize and gather information on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Work with finance and commercial teams to identify risks and opportunities and to define counter actions.

- Responsible for EEMEA Region's Budget planning. Driving coordination and consolidation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Rolling Forecasts to develop regional plan and forecasts.

- Prepare and review plan and forecast for the shared service costs / Opex

- Supervise planning into HFM and ensure accuracy.

Business Support :

- Support management for business expansion ideas,

- Lead EEMEA pipeline reviews,

- Ensure compliance requirements

- Partner with commercial leaders in reviewing distributors- contracts and in developing channel sales targets.

- Collecting, analyzing and modelling information for management decision making.

- Provide recommendations to drive profitability improvement (inc price realization) and support cost reduction actions as needed.

- Drive process improvement projects and perform other duties as assigned. Ad Hoc projects

CTC - Can go up to the 21 Lacs
