Manager Commercial: This position is the No 1 position to Head Commercial Dept.

Job Profile & Role details:

- Responsible for review and release for Purchase order for Capex and Opex spent for PAN India.

- Monthly review with CFO includes Financials, Sales Report, COS report, Capex/ Projects report, Opex report, Manpower Report, inventory report & other report related to operation.

- Inventory Management for Ongoing & expansion of Stores.

- Store Financial and KPI's.

- OPEX Management.

- MIS preparation with business reports. MIS preparation and variance analysis.

- Contract Negotiation, Monitor agreement costs for contracted deals. Review of Purchase orders for financials aspects.

- Responsible for monitoring cost control and Capex accounting.

- ROI / ROA for Landlord & Franchisee Operations.

- Commercial Management -Rental Negotiation, Procurement of Materials, Service contract etc.
