Manager - Commercial & Business Development - Real Estate Portfolio (7-10 yrs)
Job Purpose :
The Real Estate Commercial and Business Development Manager will be responsible for assisting in the growth of the overall real estate portfolio

Key Responsibility :
1. Understand the development life cycle of assets in the Real Estate sector and the value drivers that are important for each stage of the project. Monitor progress against these and drive implementation through the business teams
2. Good understanding of the asset classes in the sector such as residential, commercial, retail, hospitality. Good understanding of various nature of projects such as self-development, redevelopment, joint development, slum rehabilitation projects
3. Analyze projects in the sector and identify value accretive projects. Prepare the business case, financial models and valuation analysis for the assets
4. Managing intermediary relationships to tap new business opportunities
5. Work closely with advisors across a variety of areas related to business setup and stabilization
6. Project management of a few projects. Also, understanding of approval cycles in the sector
7. Identification of potential risks along with their impacts on the projects and highlighting it to the senior management team
8. Liaising with internal/external legal & technical experts for getting the due diligence and execution of transaction documents to achieve deal closure.
9. Tracking trends in the industry, analysis of competition
10. Ensuring follow-ups and progress on various on going projects, etc. and project deliverables to ensure adherence to the budget requirements and timeframes
11. Executives/Leadership Teams Work Briefing Clients/ External entities Meetings

Knowledge, skills, and experience :
Educational qualifications & Skills :
- MBA/PGDM in Finance Management or CA,
- Engineer + MBA in Finance & Strategy
Relevant experience: At least 7 to10 + Years of relevant Industry experience
Behavioral Competencies: Prospecting Skills, Market Knowledge, Analytical skills, Researching skills, Financial modeling, Communication skills, Networking, Portfolio Management, Negotiations, MS Office, etc.
