Job Description : Commercial Manager
Act as an authority in commercial matters to secure long and short-term profitable business for Seamless. Partner with Key Accounts and Core teams to define commercial strategies, support negotiations and align commercial decisions to defined principles. Develop/enhance new Business Models and commercial strategies to enable future revenues and margins.
Responsibilities & Tasks :
- Set prices and perform price analysis
- Create commercial proposals
- Secure profitable sales
- Participate in Commercial customer negotiations
- Support Key Account Managers in defining Commercial Proposal Strategy
- Support Product Management in defining pricing for products and solutions
- Ensure and align commercial proposals and Sales Process with current guidelines
- Development and deployment of price/business models
- Deploy price and business models
- Maintain price book
- Develop commercial directives
- Analyze commercial trends and market dynamics with commercial focus
- Prepare and Present commercial trends and reports
- Report on key business objectives, including e.g. precalculation GM, forecast precision and project profitability
