Collections Manager ( Voice based)

Hiring for Collections Manager, Customer Success for an Edtech based out of Gurgaon.

Salary : Upto Rs 10 LPA

- Voice and Chat based process.

- B2C process

Help implement processes to :

- Support the company in maximizing its revenues

- Support customer on-boarding by developing, proposing and explaining different payment plans after carefully understanding customers' needs, situations and preferences

- Help customers apply for loans if needed

- Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans with customers and lenders

- Coordinate with loan providers for loan approvals

- Keep track of customers payments to identify outstanding debts

Past Experience & Key Skills Required :

- Proven 1-2 years experience as a customer success or collections specialist, preferably with B2C clients
