As the Collections Manager, you will be monitoring accounts and proactively act on that.

What you will do :

- Investigating historical data for each defaulter.

- Finding and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments

- Taking actions to encourage timely debt payments

- Processing payments and refunds

- Resolving billing and customer issues.

- Updating account status records and collection efforts

- Reporting on collection activity and accounts receivable status.

- Personal Visiting on High Value accounts for fast resolution.

- Co-ordinating with the Legal team for fast Recovery.

- Doing allocation to respective agency and Executive.

- Cost-saving Intention when allocating case to agency.

Candidate Profile :

What you need to have :

- 5-8 years of experience in credit and collections

- Young & dynamic individuals displaying team management skills

- Able to analyze large, complex data sets using MS Excel and other software and tools

- Comfortable with database administration skills and resources

- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

- Able to analyze data and statistics and translate results into better solutions

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Pays strict attention to detail
