The key responsibility of the role is to co-ordinate with the Finance team on billing and vendor payments and ensure timely and efficient process of vendor payments. Base : Mumbai Responsibilities : - The role will be responsible to handle Vendor Lifecycle management for Collection vendors - He/ She will be responsible for on-boarding, training, billing, exit, etc of the Collection Vendors - The incumbent will be responsible to track &amp; control processes of onboarding of vendors as per the finance norms and audit requirements - He/ She will be responsible to process billing for all vendors through an automated and efficient mechanism. - The incumbent will be required to ensure that collection managers are efficiently trained to understand the vendor onboarding and billing process by way of SOPs and training manuals. - The incumbent has to ensure that the vendor management process is outsourced successfully with effective SLAs being maintained by the partner.
