Collection Manager-Leading Fintech_Matunga West - We are currently hiring for a leading Fintech company based out of Mumbai. It is a funded start-up and is one of the Leading Digital Lending Platforms for small businesses now with over 50 partnerships like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Paytm, Mswipe, Uber, Ola, etc. for accessing over 2mn businesses. It is founded by 4 ISB/ IIT alumni with over 45+ years of financial experience. Key Responsibilities : - Monitor accounts and proactively act on that. - Investigate historical data for each defaulters. - Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments - Take actions to encourage timely debt payments - Process payments and refunds - Resolve billing and customer issues. - Update account status records and collection efforts - Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status. - Personal Visit on High Value accounts for fast resolution. - Co-ordination with Legal team for fast Recovery. - Able to do allocation to respective agency and Executive. - Cost saving Intention when allocating case to agency. Team Management : - Find the Agency for Respective location in minimum cost and result oriented. - Able handle the team of executive and Agency and timely feed back update is Compulsory. - Should be able to Joint Visit with Executive to resolve the Stress account. - Able to do Team Review and Guide them to achieve Individual Goal.
