A. Collateral addition

1. Screen and check collaterals offered and verify instruments thoroughly so as to ensure compliance with SEBI/CC norms.

2. Carry out requisite process / operations for addition of collaterals

3. Interface with members to provide support to members for providing collaterals addition requests through CIM

4. Reconcile details with custodians and depositories

B. Collateral release

1. Track and Receive requests for release of collateral on a day t day basis so that members can trade as per limits.

2. Perform physical and system checks for verification for collateral to ensure safe custody and error free operations and compliance.

3. Check utilisation of trading members before release of collateral so as to ensure financial compliance.

4. Adhere to failsafe options to avoid costly errors for clients and clearing corporation.

5. Facilitating Custodian Compliance, Regulatory Compliance for GSec Holding, Audit Activities and involvement in process & system Developmental Activities.

C. Interface with banks/Custodians/ Members

1. Verify bank guarantees and other collaterals offered by members for their validity in line with checklists.

2. To obtain rectification, modification or amendment of instruments issued by banks on behalf of CC.

3. Constantly monitor net worth of banks for approvals.

4. Follow credentials to check banks compliance with internal and SEBI norms.

5. Resolving Member, Banks, Custodian and Regulatory Queries in time bound manner

6. Support for CIM to Members, Banks and Custodians
