Manager - COE - Single TAN/Single Payroll & Employee Benefit Claims - CA (3-8 yrs)
We are looking for a Qualified CA, who has below experience and knowledge-
1. TAN:
Tax compliances:
- Monitoring, checking and co ordinating with all units and COEs for Tax corrections if any,
- LDC Master Maintenance and tracking,
- Specified person Validation from IT site,
- Co ordinating with Corporate Tax for tax guidelines and updates,
- Fund Requirements and Monthly discharge of liabilities and tax challans generation,
- Filling returns Quarterly- TDS/TCS, Rectifications/corrections,
- Attending Notices, Co ordinating with Corporate Tax for Foreign Tax liability,
- Making tax payments on time,
- COSO compliances, Latest Software for TDS/TCS return filling,
- Audits: Smooth Handling of All type of Audits- Management testing
2. PAYROLL & Employee Claims:
- Co ordination with MIBS/ER and HR/IT and corporate Tax,
- Monitoring the pay roll processing,
- Monthly MIS to all the units/Employee Relation and Sector accounts and attending their queries,
- Statutory compliances,
- Actuarial valuation - Data compilation and co ordinating with Corporate Accounts,
- Submission of Annual Pay roll Budget, Union Agreements and workings,
- Salary & Wages analysis - Trial Balance,
- Audits: All type of Audits and Management testing,
Simplification and IT initiatives:
1. Identifying the Control gaps and system improvements,
2. Implementing IT initiatives,3.Co ordinating with ER/HR/IT/ Sectors and Corporate HO for New initiatives,
3. Aligning with MIBS team,
4. Monthly updates and review with Seniors and CFO,
5. HR policy implementation
- Well versed with handling huge volume and complexity
- Good knowledge on Taxes and latest amendments and updates,
- Knowledge of Employee compensation and related compliances,
- Employee claims understanding and implementing policies,
- Knowledge of SAP/Traces/ Addon software related to TDS,
- Centralization and Consolidation of activities mapping and understanding.
- Good knowledge of Direct & Indirect taxation,
- Updates with Latest amendments to tax laws, return filling, rectifications and compliances.
- Basic Knowledge of Employee compensation and related compliances
- SAP, Microsoft xls and PPT
