Manager CMAAS CA (3-6 Yrs)

Qualifications :

- Qualified CA (from a Big 4 would be an advantage)

- 3 to 6 years post qualification experience in Indian accounting or in a similar environment (Accounting firms).

Job description :

- Lead multiple teams to execute client engagements related to GAAP conversion, IPO preparedness

- Manage quality of the service delivery to the clients

- Act as the focal point of contact for the client

- Review of financial statements for financial reporting compliance purposes under different accounting frameworks

- Assist due diligence teams in IFRS/US GAAP impact assessment on cross-border transactions

- Contribute to thought leadership publications on IFRS, US GAAP, and Indian GAAP

- Organizing and providing Ind AS/IFRS/US GAAP/IGAAP training to the client

- Explore and pursue opportunities for business development
