Manager/Cluster Head - Portfolio Management Services Sales

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Support the companys distribution initiatives and build relationships with key distributors.

- Increase market share & visibility amongst select key distributors and manage new distributor empanelment.

- Joint calls with IFAs in a competitive market and assist them in documentation.

- Channelize key market intelligence to the products & Investment team.

- Liaise with investment team for investment ideas, distributors visits, concalls, etc.

- Liaise with Operations & Customer Service team to provide seamless experience to customers.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory framework at all times & with brand value.

- Follow applicable KYC norms & other regulatory requirements.

- To complete mandatory certifications & other knowledge upgradation activities

- Constant Updation on new products & best practices

Experience (Specific to any organization):

- The role incumbent will be responsible to plan & implement the distribution strategy through existing & new distribution relationships for that region

- Has managed IFAs (Independent financial Advisors)

- Thorough Knowledge & Understanding of AIF & PMS and equity markets

- Thorough Knowledge on equity markets

- Willing to work in an Individual contributor role
