B.tech in EE/Computers IT /Telecommunication
- Develop Digital Services solutions with targeted customers
- Own and grow the pipeline & order intake
- Develop/use customer intimacy to match client needs with co. portfolio of digital products & services
- Leverage strong consultative sales capabilities to turn prospects into clients.
- Identify key client pain points & needs, build best tailor made and outcome based service to address those needs
- Prepare commercial pitches with the support of the Digital Services Architect & support quotations with Tendering & Quotation Manager
- Develop a healthy & accurate sales pipeline by converting warm leads into well-qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with V1 in prospects identification and contacts
- Identify, reach, and engage key decision makers through networking, personal connections, client references, and industry events
- Research, develop and maintain competitive information resources
- Digital Services Sales (Global), KAMs / V1, Services Sales, Digital Energy/Power Sales, Marketing, Service Architect (local), Application Engineer (local), CSM (local + global)
- Developing compelling sales stories specific to and driven from specific customer need and data
- Manage the end to end opportunity process
- Ensure successful handovers with execution team and CSM
- Value proposition development and refinement by segment and customer type
Qualifications - External
- Bachelor's/PG degree preferred
- 7-10 years of Proven experience of outside sales experience, selling SaaS, enterprise software or EM solutions to senior executives & technical buyers
- Awareness of industry leading IoT platforms such as: AWS IoT, Microsoft Azure, IBM Watson etc.
- Strong knowledge of full EcoStruxture portfolio and value proposition with strong knowledge of Digital Offers & full services portfolio
- Comfortable in a variety of roles, ranging from "consultative sales professional" to "social seller"
