- As a Client Servicing Manager you will be responsible for end to end onboarding of clients, Client servicing and Client Support.
What you need to do:
- Responsible for end-to-end onboarding of new customers, strategizing & optimizing the onboarding process.
- Acting as a liaison between the Client and the internal teams to complete the smooth on boarding
- Setting up client training sessions and improve onboarding process
- Supporting day-to-day client needs, proactively interacting with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Being responsible for renewal and retentions of inactive clients, Up-selling, Cross Selling and Expansion
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve Client queries and improve overall customer experience and timely delivery of the solutions.
- Developing and maintaining close relationship with top level executives, business sponsors and key users from Client side
- Reporting to the management on various CRM reports on Monthly /Quarterly basis
What you need to have:
- MBA is a must
- Relevant work experience of Client servicing and client onboarding
- Ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Highly organized and ability to multi-task
- Self-driven and proactive nature
