They provide their stellar list of clients with multiple facilities like relocation assistance, progression planning, and building skills that help companies reach their full potential through their well-trained grads. Recently invested in by a noted Private Equity firm, for around - 45Mn, they support an employee base of over 600 employees across 20 cities in APAC, EMEA, and NAM. The grads hired from the company are placed in the best of tech and investment companies across the globe.

A decade old, the firm has grown to great heights, besides partnership with the best universities and organizations across the globe. They are backed by a global publishing house, that is more than 200 years old, whose international operations cover the USA, Europe, Asia, Canada, and Australia - known for published works of more than 450 Nobel Laureates in categories across Economics, Chemistry, Peace, Economics, and Physiology among others.

As a Client Services Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for the assigned accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

What you will do:

- Developing a trusted, long-term advisor relationship with assigned client portfolio.

- Identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients, cross-selling all the company's products and services.

- Providing input into the evolution of the company service offerings, ensuring they meet the need of the client and the market.

- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions tailored to customer talent needs.

- Identifying opportunities to host key events or seminars for our clients showcasing company's market leading industry practices.

- Teaming up with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.

- Collaborating with Business Development team to identify and grow opportunities within territory / market.

- Forecasting and tracking all account metrics.

- Delivering and exceeding your targets.

- Recording all relevant activity on Salesforce and encourage best practice.

What you need to have:

- Driven to succeed and motivated by a target driven environment.

- Willing to go above and beyond in order to hit personal quarterly targets.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the client.

- Able to multi-task and juggle competing priorities.

- Team player.

- Proven work experience as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or client services/account management role.

- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferably)

PREFERRED :

- Experience in the Investment Banking space.

- Knowledge of financial markets, compliance and products.

- Line management and mentoring experience.

- Need people with exp into staff augmentation business model. And managing clients which are internal banks
