We started as a one-man team in December 2016 at Noida. We have now shifted our operations to Haldwani in 2019, and we are a team of 30 + Consultants delivering to only 15+ Clients at a given time.

Role Brief :

Looking at someone who can own the Partnership Pillar for the organization.

Building a business development practice to enable company growth .

Manager - Client Onboarding and Success is a team manager's role responsible for onboarding, retention, adoption, and expansion of Talentoj services within the assigned segment of industry. The purpose of this role is to be the trusted advisor to new customers, while partnering with internal talent acquisition teams to understand business goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals through client onboarding and delivery experience. Top priority for this role is to ensure regular client onboarding from assigned segments and high-quality experience for our customers, resulting in their satisfaction and advocacy.

Customer Onboarding :

- Doing market research for defined industry segments and gathering information on which companies are expanding teams.

- Making organized data of different companies along with finding contact details for accountable employees. (Majorly Talent acquisition teams, Founders and Senior leaders)

- Reaching out to a set of customers and pitching our talent scouting practice .

- Onboarding new clients from startup and technology ecosystem.

- Building a network and partnership with people across the startup and technology ecosystem.

- Building a future ready client pipeline .

Customer Retention and Growth :

- Manage relationship- with customers- to- maintain overall - customer- health and growth

- Meet- and exceed- quarterly- retention- goals for new clients.

- Monitor- and- proactively resolve- health risks- of- assigned- accounts- though delivery .

- Be a spokesperson for Talentoj Talent strategy with the customer.

- Help position against competitors in the account.

- Internal initiatives and improvements

- Doing market research and sharing information across teams about new organizations and target markets.

- Influence the evolution of how Talentoj provides end-to-end customer experience by continuously giving additional customer perspective to the internal stakeholders.

- Have an excellent overview of business, competition, and latest industry trends and help organization in taking new initiatives.

Qualifications :

- Overall, 2+ years' experience in B2B sales / startup sales / Domestic staffing sales / Talent consulting sales / Recruitments (Technology/startups')

- B.Tech/BE/MBA/PGDM

- Experience in the technology talent acquisition industry is preferred but not mandatory.

- Great to have a Strong understanding of the Talent Acquisition Industry.

- Fair understanding of Technology hiring/staffing domestic market.

- Should have a strong business outcome mindset.

- Should relate to Customer Experience and be able to channel the feedback across functions.

- Project management knowledge.
