Purpose of Position:
Overall Client management, excellent client relations and retention. Regular client connect to ensure concerns are addressed on time and increase client satisfaction. Fix process gaps with clients and internally to enable timely delivery
Key responsibilities:
1) Excellent in Client relations, ability to handle client escalations
2) Will be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of the statutory compliance function. Ensures delivery with high quality
3) Should have the capability to understand client requirements and clarify their queries
4) Conduct periodic internal reviews and audits to ensure standard operating procedures are followed
5) Review operations for consistency with operational goals and objectives.
6) Evaluating and investigating reasons for client concerns. Will be responsible for client retention
7) Increase operation efficacy
8) Promoting compliance awareness to both internal and external stake holders
9) Will need to regularly co-ordinate with internal and external stake holders to close all loops
10) Knowledge and experience in managing compliance(PF, PT, ESIC, LWF etc) activities will be preferred
Qualification/Skills:
Academics: Graduate in any stream. Management or a related discipline with the ability to demonstrate relevant experience
Experience: 8 + years

1. Excellent oral and written skills
2. Experienced in client interfacing role
3. Should be able to handle client escalations and challenging situations
4. Is able to lead and guide a team to achieve the set goal
5. Result oriented
6. Good at multi-tasking
