Role & Responsibilities:

1) Assume complete responsibility for a set of clients to generate revenue and deliver on their requirements.

2) Responsible for driving P&L and contributing to the profit center

3) Operations management skills required to manage and ensure delivery from a team.

4) Client relationship management including mapping and deep mining to ensure increasing share of the clients business.

5) Effective team management, performance management & ensuring productivity through periodic reviews and feedback

6) Actively participate in client RFP- s, contract negotiations, sign-ups and renewals

7) Design and execute diverse business offerings to meet different client needs
