Manager - Client Acquisition - Sales( HNI Clients ) - PS - This is an Individual Contribution Role. An incredibly rare opportunity for a Sales professional with 3+ years of experience in Client Acquisition Management and will be responsible for providing services to the new and existing clients. You will also be responsible for cross selling of products which includes credit cards, mortgage and business lending to the clients. Responsibilities: - Work in a target driven environment and deliver across multiple product lines. - Expand the high net-worth client base and balance sheet, by acquiring new customers through external and internal referrals. - Responsible for delivering the given sales target. - Take referrals from existing clients to on-board new clients into the organization. - Work with the product team, telemarketing and marketing team to identify initiatives and products that will help acquire new customers for the organization. - Provide assistance to the client in opening business accounts. - Heading micro marketing events that focused on NTB acquisition. - Responsible for cross selling the other products to the new and existing clients. - Deliver best in class services to the clients for customer satisfaction. Requirements: - Minimum 3+ of years in sales or customer/client acquisition. - Excellent Communication Skills both in oral and writing. - Prior experience of acquiring high-net-worth/high net income clients. - Should be self-motivated and adaptable to the dynamic and fast-paced work environment - Ability to cultivate and build strong relationships with customers.
