Manager/Chief Manager - Data Analyst - BFSI

Job Summary : We are looking for analytics expertise with extensive exposure to Banking.

Key Responsibilities :

Job Role & Responsibility :

- The position will be part of central analytics team at USFB.

- Responsible for solutioning and delivering analytics insight needed to drive decision making for multiple stakeholders.

- Work hands-on on assigned projects along with coaching and mentoring junior team members.

- Support departments in building, implementing and tracking analytics use cases.

- Present and discuss the results of analytics use cases with stakeholders.

Skill set :

- Proficiency in predictive modelling and Machine learning (Logistic/Linear regression, GBM, XG Boost, Score card development, Time-series forecasting, Segmentation etc.)

- Proficiency in business analytics, Data analytics, Insights generation.

- Proficiency in at least one visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).

- Expert in at least one programing language: Python, R, SAS.
