Manager/Chief Manager - Crop & Agriculture Insurance

- Set up the new division to focus on Crop and Agri business for both Reinsurance and Direct business.

- Connect with Insurers to generate opportunity for their reinsurance portfolio. Develop reinsurance markets for Indian opportunities.

- Work with the sales team to explore opportunities from the Indian markets and lead from the front, wherever needed.

- Gather competitive information on what other brokers are doing and appetite of insurers/ reinsurers.

- Strategic leadership in establishing best practices in Crop and Agri Division.

- Prepare analytics and collate information on developments in the domestic market to be shared with international reinsurers.

- Simultaneously liaison with the international markets to get update on the latest trends for sharing with Indian insurers and large customers/prospects.

- Build team to scale up operations.
