Manager/Chief Manager/AVP - Resolution Management - Asset Reconstruction

Looking for an Well Known ARC
 
Essential :

- Should have proactively resolved Stressed Assets with demonstrated track record of restructuring, takeout financing, distressed asset funding, refinancing etc in a Bank/NBFC/ARC/Fund

- Knowledge of existing regulatory guidelines covering the domain areas of Asset Resolution, Credit/Risk, Insolvency etc is a pre-requisite

- Undertake credit underwriting for preparing resolution notes including analysis of financials of the customers, risk analysis of the customer proposals and measures to mitigate the risks associated with it & cash flow study of the current work orders of the customers and its viability to serve the future liabilities.

- In depth study of the customer business entity and its associates to assess its operation capabilities and future plans.

- Analysis of the related industry and its current trend for peer study.

- Performance study of other customers in our portfolio with similar nature of profile for comparison.

- Structuring of the transactions keeping in mind the cash flow and financial viability.

- Proactively discuss internally on optimal recovery strategy.

- Analyse proposal for one time settlements (OTS), negotiable settlements (NS), etc.

- Ability and desirability to shoulder additional responsibility and train/guide fresh recruits to be able to assist for appraisal of credit proposals.

- A team player with high standards of integrity

- For AVP, leadership experience is essential

- Fully computer Literate with good communication capability both oral as well as written

Desirable :

- Experience and knowledge of resolutions under IBC

- Prior Experience in Relationship management

- Domain Knowledge of Infrastructure and Real Estate Funding are preferred

- Experience of dealing with Private Equity Funds as also Corporate Finance would be a distinct advantage.
