Manager/Chief Manager/AVP - Direct Tax - Bank - CA/CS (7-12 yrs)
Experience: CA/CS with 7-12 years experience
Sector Preference: Tier 1, 2, 3 Domestic Retail Banks
Work experience : Having complete experience in all facets of direct taxes such as :
A) Tax returns
B) Tax audit
C) Transfer pricing audit
D) Assessments
E) Appeals filing and hearings
- Providing tax advice to all units in organization
- Having complete clarity on banking tax procedural issues - TDS expense and deposits, TDS deducted on Income, Form 60, 15G, 15CA CB etc
- Cost allocation / Transfer pricing between subsidiaries and other Tax units ( Yes Bank has a fully functional International Banking unit at Gift City Ahmadabad )
- Should have good understating of direct tax issues for the Banking sector
- ISDA / International agreements review / withholding tax on international transactions.
Salary offered: 10-20LPA
