Manager - Channel Sales - IT (7-8 yrs)

Manager Channel Sales


- Manage multiple modules - plan initiatives and prioritize roadmaps

- Define needs, propose solutions, and back up with research & market data

- Manage feature rollouts - taking signoffs, working with marketing team

- Define, implement, and regularly monitor KPIs for product effectiveness

- At least 7-8 years of work experience; previous technology / product selling experience preferred

- A mature thought process - willingness to seek feedback, unlearn, and work in new channels

- An understanding of and interest in business to business sales of SaaS products; previous software sales experience preferred

- Someone who is a hands-on team player : collaborative approach as opposed to a consultative approach

- Someone who takes good decisions and has a get it done attitude :

- A good execution mindset - we like to get things done and we learn from our users

- "Data informed" decision making - use data to validate hypothesis

- Candidate needs to be from channel background - worked with a B2B sales landscape and understand the need of the Customer and then show the Customer how the need can be met by providing a safe and secure environment to the Company Associates.

- Candidate must have been in active sales roles ( scouting - prospecting - discussion opening-closing- objection handling)

- Should build a good rapport in the channel and create a positive image amongst Customers

- Need someone who has strong connect with the Channel business.

- A strong commitment to complete tasks on time

- The ability to develop strong relationships

- Customer service focused-Can turn a negative experience into a positive outcome through the use of empathy, the creation of an action plan to solve the customer problem, and follow through to ensure commitments are met.

- Problem-solving-works to understand the problem thoroughly Experience selling in the Software Development Tools and/or Application Lifecycle Management space via channel partnerships

- Experience managing partner relationships that are based in developing and delivering service offerings tied to vendor product
