Manager - Channel Sales Business - IT (5-8 yrs)

We are hiring Manager Channel Sales for Zenatix .

Zenatix is a provider of IoT based automation solutions for retail chains and BFSI set ups. The company's flagship solution - WattMan- connects a retail outlet- s/bank branch's critical equipment over the Internet using its full stack IoT solution, and automates the control and monitoring of such equipment. It delivers following key benefits to retail chains (particularly QSRs)

Purpose of Role :

The role holder is responsible to drive the Channel business, he shall focus to growth business for WatMan.

He/she will be a creative problem-solver who can deliver competitive solutions to their clients

Main Priorities:

- He/She will be responsible for handling Channel Sales business

- He /She Shall be responsible for new partner acquisition and partner retention. Is expected to drive new acquisitions and existing customer retention, cross sell and upsell through channel partners.

- Shall be responsible for channel partner enablement sessions and regular partner trainings and certifications.

- Needs to work very closely with the Business Solution team on understanding the solution and also ensuring that solution captured in the proposal favors Zenatix

Key Outputs:

To achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for the territory. Need to acquire new logos month on month

The Role is highly collaborative in Nature and will involve high degree of team work with internal cross functional teams consisting of operation team, Account Management team and Senior Management.

External:

Channel Partner / Customers

- Increased quarterly business volumes as per target set for the business

Skills/ Knowledge:

- Experience in Channel Sales of Technology Companies

- Experience in working with SI Companies

- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence key decisions makers in the C-Suite, evangelizing the benefits of Zenatix 's Offerings in creating a Business impact for customers.

- Widespread Industry experience in Business Development with deep connections with the target industries in the defined Territory.

- Entrepreneurial outlook

- Strong Communication skills (Both written & verbal) and aggressive selling skills

- Teaming, liasoning, relationship Management, negotiation &business knowledge

Qualifications & Experience:

- Engineering Graduate from a reputed institute/ university

- 5 - 8 years
