Job Purpose - 

Driving Outward remittance through the following channels

1) Internet Banking - Resident & NRI

2) M2W for non-customers

3) B2B Segment - Consultants, ADII, FFMC

Key Deliverable

Driving & Achieving targeted Transactions, Fee Income & Volume in Outward remittance

Responsibilities - 

Primary Responsibility

1) Driving Outward remittance through the following channels

1. Internet Banking - Resident & NRI

2. M2W for non-customers

3. B2B Segment - Consultants, ADI, FFMC

2) Identify, design & implement campaigns for improving conversions of the digital channels

3) Initiatives to improve AVT & Frequency of the transactions

4) Tie-up with new partners for driving

a. Volume - ADII

b. Transactions & Fee - ADI of ADII, Referral and Consultants

5) Servicing /Relationship Maintenance of existing B2B partners to drive increased business

6) Identify projects for improving customer experience

7) Constant market scanning and benchmarking product features and pricing against competition

8) Regular monitoring for the channel performance to ensure timely intervention

Other Responsibilities

1. Resolve customer service escalations.

2. Team Management, Ensure high level of Productivity.

3. Comply with prescribed guidelines of the bank as well as RBI / FEMA guidelines
