Manager - Change & Transformation - Record To Report Process - Finance Domain (7-10 yrs)

The Manager Change and Transformation is expected to lead mid to large scale finance transformation.

- The projects managed by the team are in-line with the organization's priorities on themes like process improvement, operational excellence, automation, migration and restructuring.

- The role requires extensive change management at all levels with emphasis on clear and quality communication.

- Strong automation/transformation experience in Record-to-Report (RTR) process. Should know the details of a typical close(including accruals, prepayments, cost runs, allocations, GL close etc.), consolidation ( including Intercompany) and reporting operations within RTR

- Understanding and experience of leading practices within the RTR domain

- Knowledge of Technology tools (ERP, Bolt on tool and new age technology tools) to enable optimization of R2R Processes

- Should have understanding of Lean methodology to enable understanding, discussion and identification of improvement opportunities

- RTR process design, re-engineering, Ability to link Finance activities from a holistic perspective

- Should be able to work well with tools such as MS suite of products (including Visio) to document the as-is and to-be processes at the right level of detail

- CA preffered. Alternatively B.com/ICWA/M.com.

- Should be able to communicate ideas and thoughts effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-change environment
