Manager - CEOs Office - IIT/NIT/IIM/ISB/CA

We are looking for candidates with B.Tech (IIT/REC/NIT) + MBA (ISB OR IIM) or CA + MBA (ISB OR IIM)

Experience Range - 1-4 years

1. Monitoring and implementation of MIS pertaining to inventory dashboard.

2. Assist the leadership team in business reviews/chairman presentation etc. Identify areas of improvement and strategize for way forward.

3. Assist leadership team in development of the annual business plan with finance, marketing and sourcing team.

4. Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, for the tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company

5. Stakeholder management across the leadership team

6. Work to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects as a part of CEOs office, some of which may have organizational impact

7. Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
