Manager - Central Operations - Policy Servicing - Insurance (5-7 yrs)
Responsibilities -
- The incumbent shall ensure smooth execution of Non-Financial transactions across policy servicing unit with an objective of offering best in class in service TAT and Customer Experience across the industry.
- Will be responsible for supervising/managing and owning the Non-Financial transactions performed by the team.
- Define project requirements for optimum use of technology and resources and initiate and implement process changes.
- Authorise exceptions from prescribed standards/ processes with minimal impact on existing risks and costs, to accommodate special servicing requests from clients and sales force.

- Team Management
- Ensure timely and accurate Recording keeping of documents at Partner site and RMC vendor of documents received from Branches and HO, including movement of documents to respective processing team.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the Document Management Process.
Required Candidate Skills:
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- 5 to 7 years of work experience in Insurance Central Operations role.
- Should be working for Non-Financial Transactions
- Excellent Communication skills required.
- Should have managed a team in past.
