Operating in a $10B market, their peers in the US (cameo & masterclass) are - valued near to $1B already- . - Celebrity Relations Manager A Celebrity manager's primary role will be to: - Acquire and onboard A-category celebrities from Film Fraternity, Sports, Entertainment, Music Industries - Leverage connects with celebrities, agencies, celebrity managers to fast track onboarding - Ability to onboard celebrities on a revenue share model or - advance fee- model - Write the brand relationship and sponsorship proposals - Identify relevant celebrities for video shoutout, masterclass, live quiz, zoom calls with celebs - Grow and manage a team to onboard celebrities as well as manage them Skills Needed / Traits Expected: - Being Entrepreneurial - Strong celebrity network - to onboard them on a revenue share model - Good interpersonal skills - High degree of maturity, commitment, and patience - Ability to solve problems and work around delays - Strong decision-making skills - Good sense and understanding of business - Ability to liaise with prospective clients This person will go on to build a team of Celebrity Managers as the platform grows from 500 to 10,000 celebrities in a year. If a candidate is based in Mumbai, this role can be a work from home role. Compensation: 20 Lakhs (Not a constraint for the right candidate)
