Category Trade Marketing Manager

We are looking for Category Trade Marketing Manager for a Gurgaon based FMCG company

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Plan and deliver brand/channel wise net revenue while managing customer spends

- Responsible for the entire BTL strategy for the category

- Finalize promotion in liaison with category teams

- Competitive intelligence tracking

- Plan and execute 4P initiatives

- Plan and launch NPDs with category teams

- Generate Category insights to grow top line

- Engage with customers, leading to disproportionate support for our execution priorities

- Devise channel strategies that enables us to achieve the right interventions with the shopper to step change category performance

- Drive shopper led micro battles to unlock specific category/channel opportunities

- Build and deploy channel and POSM playbooks

Required Skills:

- Ability to analyse Business Potential conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales.

- Strong understanding of Categories and Market Trends across different geographies.

- Excellent Communication, People Management, and Team Leading skills
