Position : Manager - Category Marketing (Largest Category) Reporting To : Sr. Manager Category Marketing Location : Corporate Office , Gurgaon PURPOSE : Create & sustain a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates high performance amongst team members; imparting continuous on-job training to accomplish greater operational efficiency. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Accountable for driving category sales and support sales channels through execution of advertising, promotion and branding activities - Responsible for market size estimation, identifying market trends and shift in consumer preferences and pricing decisions pertaining to the category - Responsible for tracking and mitigating competition actions - Responsible for driving various planning cycles (eg, long range plan, profit plan, operating plan) for product categories. - Responsible for supporting product design process, mining of consumer relevant innovation and maintaining the health of product portfolio - Responsible for New Product Development, Launch and Project Management - Stakeholder Management Key Deliverables : External : - Collaborate with vendors Internal: - Collaborate with Design, procurement and supply chain team towards product development - Collaborate with Sales Channel Heads and Regional Sales Managers for need analysis and implementation Kindly note that your resume shall be shared with the organization after we have had a discussion with you and have clarified your queries.
