Job Title: Manager-Category - Swarn

Position based at : Gurgaon

Reports To: Brand Head

Education:

Graduate/NIFT/PEARL in Merchandising /Product management/AMM/FD

Age and Experience: 30-35 Y and 8-12 Years EXP

Job Specific Comments:

- Good Interdepartmental co-ordination/Direction to Various Backend Dept. i.e. Design/Supply Chain

Season booking Activity:

- Samples & its multiples management, Master creation & Product Training to Sales & Trainer

Range planning & building:

- Product Knowledge for Premium product lines & Their Product Mix

Season Forecast:

- Co-ordination with various Dept. for SFA generation

- SFA movement & timely closure monitoring (OTIF)

- Ability to Prioritize & meet deadlines

- Work closely with supply chain to deliver goods on time & within cost, as per plan

Market Analysis:

- Track and map competitor activities, market trends, forecasts and customer buying behaviour.

- Trend analysis of competitors.

Skills :

- Working experience in Premium domestic brand is essential.

- Working knowledge of MS EXCEL/POWERPOINT etc.

- Good analytical & interpersonal Skills.

- Go getter with positive attitude

- Target oriented, ambitious and team player.

- Good Negotiation Skills.

- Eye on Profitability & Inventory Management.
