Those selling Online education, HR and training technology solutions, HR and training Consulting solutions to HRs/L&D, TA CXOs are preferred Responsibilities - Lead Career Service team and work towards helping Nanodegree students in achieving their career objectives - Enroll leading corporates as Hiring Partners with the objective of getting firm commitments from companies to hire Nanodegree graduates - Working with Hiring partners and the Org to Evaluate tech requirement and match talent to hiring partners requirements - Build stronger relationship with hiring partners - Build success stories for the org through its graduates - Creating job opportunities by working closely with Hiring Partners, understanding their requirements and mapping Nanodegree graduates to these requirements. - Ensure successful hiring of Nanodegree graduates by the Hiring Partners - Execute the hiring events end to end from ideation to execution- application processes, interviews, selections and data / reporting on outcomes - Support existing initiatives of Career Services team and work with the Marketing team to rollout new programs around jobs, to attract and grow new Nanodegree enrollments - Provide feedback and input on product roadmap for Indian market and identify opportunities to deliver greater value to our partners Requirements - 7+ years of experience in B2B sales/ account management role. - Existing strong relationships with leaders within functions of human resource, recruitment, learning & development and training in large corporates & enterprises - Gathers in-depth knowledge of client's business, organizational structure, and business processes to drive meaningful outcomes for the corporate partner - Demonstrates strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills - Cross-functional finesse; you- ll be working with a lot of teams here at Udacity - Bias for action; we- ve got a lot to do and you- ll succeed if you- re a doer - Passion for education and opportunity - Those from Premium institutes only
