Hiring for a leading global management consulting firm :

As CD & Learning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping us manage career development and deliver targeted learning activities for Consulting and Engineer staff (data science, analytics & AI to create custom client solutions) for the APAC region. During the initial phase there will be a strong focus on technical capabilities.

In close cooperation with business leaders, you will collaborate with our strong team of professionals to help drive the business agenda. Building on your expertise in performance management, career development, and learning, you will help us drive our initiatives forward for maximum impact, professionalize our processes and offerings further to high quality and efficiency standards, and facilitate and enhance relationships.

Career development and performance management :

- Manage the feedback and career development process

- Act as first point of contact for CD advisors and team members regarding CD processes; liaise with broader CD and people team regarding individual performance and development needs

- Solicit feedback for team members, prompt reviewers for responses, quality check evaluations

- Liaise with staffing to tailor staffing opportunities to development needs

- Train and advise CD advisors and team members on all CD-related matters

- Coordinate, prepare and execute meetings of CD committees, incl. documentation and preparation of CD dossiers

- Provide CD-related analytics and reporting

Learning and Development :

- Design and deliver different L&D content and formats, including programs for the onboarding process

- Together with our various stakeholders, help assess learning needs and define learning goals

- Liaise with Generalist CT Learning teams to align on best practices, synergies and registration of team members to Generalist CT trainings

- Independently plan and drive logistics of live and virtual training events, act as point of contact to internal and external contacts, including facilities and vendors

- Support educational sponsorship decisions and administrative process

- Advise CD advisors and team members on all L&D-related aspects

- Be thought partner to the broader team on L&D innovation

Onboarding and HR :

- Supervise onboarding of new staff members: incl. registration to trainings, addition to distribution lists

- Answer or redirect individuals with HR-related questions such as geographical transfer, leave of absence, short-term disability, etc.

- Be thought partner to the broader team on People-related questions

Communication and evaluation :

- Help with communication and marketing activities around CD and L&D, e. g., creation of newsletters and presentations

- Maintain and further evolve L&D contents on internal online platforms, incl. training resources

- Support facilitation of the L&D network, e. g., responding to requests for assistance and coordinating meetings

- Assess effectiveness of activities through adequate analytics

- Maintain a database of training events and facilitators

YOU BRING :

- Excellent Master's or Bachelor's degree

- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, i. e., in CD&L and/or performance management

- Excellent and fluent English language skills, both written and oral

- Superior planning and organization skills, across time zones, with strong attention to detail

- Proficiency in international training event management, organization and logistics

- Experience in instructional design, HR development and/or group facilitation, incl. virtual/online formats

- Sound expertise in career development and performance management

- Excellent communication and networking skills, strong service mindset

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, good business judgment

- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and ideally Excel; as well as familiarity with LMS

- Sound knowledge of survey tools (e. g., EFM/Vovici) and online learning or virtual classroom technology (e. g., Zoom, use of audio/video)

- Collaborating effectively in a virtual environment, at same time demonstrating ownership and self-efficacy

- Highest level of integrity expected, treating all HR-related information as confidential

- Experience in an international professional services organization or Data Science environment preferred

- Occasional travel to worldwide offices will be required
