Career development Manager
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Ensure skill developments & relevant certifications across IMS resources
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- Analyse and report potential gaps and delays in the program proactively
- Validate Skillsoft /Internal training programs and ensure all available trainings are valid and up to date
- Develop and deploy freshers' strategy, Co-Ordinate in recruitment, device training plans and execute them
- Promotes development programs in the organization
- Regularly assess the results of development programs
- Leads the design of different assessment tools
- Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career planning
- Identify key training requirements needed from cross-functional teams and coordinate trainings through external vendors
- Develop and maintain internal Training Labs
- Understand the current market and evolving IMS technologies and develop skills internally
- Minimize Attrition by ensuring career development programs across IMS
- Work with vendors for resources and tools
- Develop new ideas to establish IMS platform in & YASH in the market
- Integrate Development with other processes
