Key Responsibilities:
- Help achieve goals of ongoing capacity building projects in Talent and Leadership Development.
- Identify programs and partners for leadership development in rural organisations.
- Activities included but not limited to partners identification, proposal evaluations, building potential partnerships, project design, concurrent monitoring and outcome analysis.
- Work closely with identified partners in designing and implementation of new projects under the capacity building vertical.
- Anchor collaborative relationships with ecosystem stakeholders.
- Build repository of capacity building best practises and learnings.
- Organise roundtables, case studies and partnerships to disseminate ecosystem learnings.
- Help in end-to-end project management of Promotion of Philantrophy projects with desired deliverables.
- Create meaningful content for internal and external communication.
- Provide coordination support and assistance on ongoing projects and related administrative work.

- Relationship Builder: Good networking and relationship building skills to engage with various stakeholders across the spectrum i.e. individuals, institutions and organizations.
- Analytical skills: Ability to evaluate project proposals and feedbacks rigorously towards desired objectives.
- Personal Characteristics: Strong communication skills, confident and articulate team player, high energy and desire to achieve results and ability to anchor and effectively close out conversations.
- Execution Excellence: The candidate should be proactive, organized and have strong time management & planning skills. Open to travelling across India.
- Tech skills: Proficiency in MS Office and sound knowledge of web and social media platform.
- Proven Track record: Good understanding of Social Sector ecosystem and a good track record of execution & delivery of objectives in previous organizations.
