Manager - Capability Building - Auto (3-8 yrs)
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
2. Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience's training needs
3. Design and develop learning and practicing experiences
4. Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
5. Decide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments
6. Content revision of the existing skill based and role based training programs
7. Drive Business Interventions to drive change and build Capability
Education Qualification -
- MBA-HR + Relevant Certifications in L&D
- MA degree in instructional design, Educational Technology or similar
Critical Skillset:
- Proven working experience in Instructional Design and with Instructional Technology
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design Models
- Ability to work in collaboration with diverse groups of people
- Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver on multiple priorities
