Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be the location campus lead for all the Freshers hirings
- Responsible for end to end Recruitment life cycle activities From Planning till Onboarding
- Coordinate all the activities at every stage of campus hiring and plan the event seamlessly
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with all the Universities and Colleges.
- Empanelment of colleges as per the prescribed guidelines and the compliance
- Plan and organise various employee engagement activities
- Review manpower planning and recruitment needs for different divisions
- Employer Branding
Desired Candidate Profile:
An ideal candidate would be a Management Graduate from premier institute with 3-6 years of experience in core Campus Hiring and Recruitment operations. Must have worked with reputed Technology based organizations with proven track record. Should be capable of driving numbers.
