Manager (Campus Programs/Campus Relations)

He/she would be responsible for end to end campus hiring responsibilities including right from the manpower planning, reaching out to the colleges,setting up platforms to go for campus recruitment, campus hiring process, giving intern projects to trainees, training, on boarding, induction, and review performance of the trainees every quarter.

1) Should have exposure of leading the campus hiring with key focus on Recruiting, Candidate Engagement and Brand building.

2) Own the overall Campus Talent acquisition: Build a vision that executes on a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy, creating a diverse student pipeline to deliver against bold dynamic hiring plans.

3) Develop Early Career and Internship Programs: Enhance and create programs that focus on pipelining top talent through engaging experiences that highlight our firm culture and Employment Brand. Enhance and implement an efficient and standardized interview process that scales across roles and offices.

4) Should have exposure and experience of handling three areas:

- Premium campus

- Off-campus

- Diversity hiring

5) Build relationships: Identify top schools and programs and build relationships with students, faculty, career services as well as partner with our internal business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners.

6) Well-versed with market research and analytics - primary and secondary research, competitor study and analysis on recruitment and engagement

7) Managed partnerships with vendors for online assessments across Business schools and Engineering schools.

8) Designed and maintained dashboards to assess the effectiveness of recruitment and engagement initiatives

9) Led employer branding initiatives through a well-rounded 360-degree approach- capitalizing on both on-ground and off-ground initiatives including content ideation for company social media handles

Qualification & Experience :

1) Should be Graduate or MBA with minimum 8 years of experience from IT/ITES Industry. An influencer who can develop effective partnerships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels internally and externally.

2) A planner who can balance long-term focus with practical day-to-day execution.

3) A high energy person with a proven track record of building and managing a recruiting function and team.

4) A forward thinker who looks for ways to optimize processes for automation and scale.

5) Who has developed and driven a campus strategy at the national level.

6) Significant expertise in stakeholder management, including liaising with placement heads, multi-cultural professionals and leadership to build an understanding of their needs and develop long-term relationships

7) Extensive experience in project management including staffing, work planning, coordinating, and managing team towards the successful completion of work and projects

8) Proficient in working in fast-paced environments, requiring skills in understanding needs of business and alignment of talent strategy.
