Manager - Campus Hiring & University Relations - Consumer Durable/Manufacturing Firm - IIM/XLRI/SCMHRD/TISS (3-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing campus hiring for multiple roles across top tier colleges.
- Coordination with internal stakeholders to design the recruitment approach to meet the recruitment demand.
- Responsible for designing the hiring strategy, identifying target schools, investing in relationship with key stakeholders.
- Understanding the nuances and negotiating with the colleges.
- End-to-end structuring, management, and implementation of engagement activities pre- and post- recruitment to maximize joining conversions.
- Be the primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions, and internal stakeholders.
Desired Profile :
- Management Graduate from Tier 1/2 Institute
- 3+ years of relevant experience in campus hiring with a reputed organization.
- High on integrity, trustworthiness and collaboration.
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to think and act strategically in the deployment of various Talent Acquisition programs.
