Hiring for new role with one of my IT SERVICE client based out in Noida for "Campus Placement"

1. Campus Hiring and University Relations for E School and Finishing Schools

2. Collaborating with business heads for developing hiring strategies at targeted institutes

3. Negotiation of slots with college authorities, slots for campus drive

4. Conducting Induction and On boarding for all Hired Candidates

5. Maintaining the budget & expense reports for campus

6. Responsible for managing end to end recruitment for SAP certified fresher hiring module and hiring

7. Vendor Management

8. Experienced in Hiring Niche Talent from premier campuses across country

9. Extensively involved in designing the hiring strategy.

10. Identifying target

11. Investing in relationships with key stakeholders,

12. Devising institute

13. Specific hiring plans,

14. Executing hiring events across locations, monitoring

15. post offer connect and on boarding to maximize the candidate experience & offer conversion etc.

Campus Engagement & Employer Branding -

1. Plans, establishes, and oversees different campus engagement activities and branding initiatives at

2. Pan India level.

3. Responsible for incorporating, arranging, and overseeing the creation of all printed recruiting

4. Materials, including brochures, posters, slides, ads, and all communication mailers along with

5. Collaboration with marketing team.

6. Successfully launch engagement activities like - Campus Ambassador, Poster Campaign

7. Crafting Future - Guest Lecture and Jump start

8. Pre on boarding training program

9. During pandemic accomplished in starting engagement activities -

10. Virtual Webinar Session and

11. Inquisitive Program for all selected hires.
