- Solid 5 yrs of campus hiring experience . - Should have exposure in managing B - Schools Hiring . - Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment . - Strategize campus hiring ( Planning till execution & delivery ) - To liaise with stakeholders for requirement gathering . - Represent the brand on campus and make an impact - Build relationships with campus placement teams and faculty representatives to facilitate the campus program across a variety of campuses. - Stay up-to-date with campus events (academic and non-academic) and accordingly plan a meaningful and impactful campus calendar for year round engagement and brand building. - Be responsible for collecting competitive intelligence from campuses through primary and secondary sources on recruitment, compensation, campus rankings, etc. - Work closely with partners and staff during to refine and implement a result- oriented campus program. - Identify opportunities for new campus initiatives in order to strengthen the brand. - Work with Markets to coordinate merchandize, collaterals, and social media content for campus initiatives. - Coordinate with HR BPs and recruiters to plan and execute campus engagement activities. i. Expense management and budget tracking. - Opportunity to support the team on global resourcing and branding projects.
