BNC is hiring for a well-known educational institute

Job Description

- The role encompasses leading a team of Campus Recruiters and showcase your passion of campus talent acquisition by ensuring a smooth candidate hiring and onboarding experience.

- Publish recruiting metrics for campus recruitment drives, including number of candidates interviewed, hired overall Target v/s Achievement.

- Implement large scale plans to achieve desired hiring numbers and branding objectives.

- Build relationships with campus placement teams and faculty representatives to facilitate the campus -program across a variety of campuses.

- Be responsible for collecting competitive intelligence from campuses through primary and secondary sources on recruitment, compensation, campus rankings, etc.

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to refine and implement a robust campus hiring governance program.

- Identify opportunities for new campus initiatives in order to strengthen the brand.

- Work with vendors to coordinate merchandize, collaterals, and social media content for campus initiatives.

- Coordinate on-boarding activities of selected candidates (joining formalities, induction etc) and ensure maximum turnout.

- Effective communication on hiring status and timely responsiveness to queries from Institutes.

- Ensure program level operational KPIs agreed with stakeholders are met.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. MBA/PGDM with 8-10 Years of experience in Campus Recruitment for Technical/Non-Technical profiles

2. Preference will be given to candidates with Science background.

3. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.

4. Excellent time and work management skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication & strong interpersonal skills.

6. Ability of stakeholder management.

7. Proficiency in MS office, power point and data management
