Manager - Campus Hiring - BFS/IT/BPO (8-12 yrs)

The Role:

We are looking for a Campus Hiring Manager for based out of Hyderabad, who is flexible to travel and acts as a liaison with universities to source, engage and hire college talent for Internships and Entry level positions, while building a talent pipeline for the organization's future hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and enhance campus visibility in order to recruit and hire top emerging talent.

2. Maintain our presence at various institutions and will be in constant touch with internal teams to determine recruiting programs based on the company's hiring needs.

3. Create detailed plans with clearly defined objectives, desired outcomes, diversity plan, and calendar of events.

4. Collaborate with Campus Sponsors and cross-functional campus managers to develop university recruiting strategies at targeted universities.

5. Develop operational plans and branding activities at assigned schools along with the campus leads, to attract top early talent.

6. Develop relationships with placement officers, department heads, faculty/staff, alumni and student organizations.

7. Manage university specific campus teams to ensure: appropriate selection of team members; clear role definitions/responsibilities; Coach and prepare the campus team members for campus visits; coordinate closely to ensure unified recruiting approach.

Experience:

1. Experience of 8 -12 years in Recruitment with exposure to Campus/ University programs.

2. Experience in driving large scale programs end to end with an ability to identify and drive continuous improvement.

3. The ability to influence and guide key internal and external stakeholders in order to develop and maintain strong relationships.
