About role :-

The Manager - Business Transformation would be responsible for conceptualizing and executing business/process excellence initiatives effectively driving strategy-to-execution for City Logistic . Cross-functional program management for key initiatives and driving organization wide goal

What you'll do:

1.Drive Programs for CL with high Ownership and deliver the projects in stipulated time with strong stakeholder alignment towards the common goal.

2.Ensuring the realisation of the project objectives within agreed scope, time, budget and with expected quality

3.Lead CL AOP Themes with strong rigour and governance around it

2. Work across functions (Operations, Process Design, Product, Training, HR, Technology etc.) to align on the project charter & lead the end to end deployment

3. Identify opportunities and drive focused improvement initiatives to enhance Customer Satisfaction, Performance of Internal Operations

4. Strategize and do Program mgmt. for 1-2 initiatives across the organization that enables achievement of business objectives and drives growth , Establish a governance framework to evaluate the progress of the program as per defined toll gates


5. Good business understanding of eCom industry and hands-on experience in driving complex strategic initiatives

6.Very strong people skills: ability to influence people, negotiate and be unflustered in crucial conversations

7.Strong understanding of program management: get complex things done in an effective way.

What you'll need:

1. B.E./B.Tech in any field; MBA desired but not mandatory for exceptional candidates

2. Minimum 8- 10 years of experience in driving Business excellence/Process Excellence/program management in either of e-retail/Supply Chain/ Service delivery or Production industries

3. Well versed with concepts, tools and applications of Process Excellence/Program Management/Quality Management System etc.

4. Willing to take risks, challenge the status quo and work under ambiguous circumstances

5. Able to use data to influence senior leaders and defend his/her perspective. Ability to Influence and get Buy-In from Senior Management for driving initiatives

6. Strong problem solving and analytic skills (e.g. can conduct root cause analysis, make reservations, and track results).

7. Ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyse complex processes, synthesize data and results, and drive toward insight and solutions

8. Strong written, oral, communication and presentation skills required (including comfort with Excel and PowerPoint). Should be able to present facts, analysis, and conclusions or solutions in a way that demonstrates command of content

9. Must have proven track record of handling any one Business excellence/Strategy Deployment/Program management functions interacting with L0 decision makers in the

10. Must have led large, multi-function programs / initiatives that addressed end customer's pain points / business outcomes directly

12. A very good understanding of Program Management methodologies including hands-on experience in driving various aspect of program management

13. Very good understanding of SDLC methodologies, in particular Agile methodologies and a know-how in adapting them
