Description - You will be responsible for exclusively working on strategic projects for diverse global business(es) of our client. You will provide strategic consultantive process management and faciliation services to business partners and lead large scale enterprise level initiatives to address process improvement.

Description :
- Work independently with and lead multiple cross-functional project teams to help redesign business processes.
- You will work on large scale strategic projects to address the improvement or redesign of current structures and processes backed by through data analysis.
- You will provide consultative services to business partners from the global standpoint.
- You will develop and implement business processes, policies and procedures.
Profile :
- 5-9 years of which 3-4 years in process improvement roles with more than 2 years of external management consulting experience.
- Process Consulting/Business Transformation/Process excellence with excellent analytical skills.
- Significant experience in partnering up with business partners/clients
- Exemplary client service skills with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships.
- Well-developed inter-personal skills and experience in interacting with senior stakeholders.
