Manager - Business Transformation (P2P)

- Responsible to develop well aligned processes and Digital Solutions in the areas of sourcing & procurement

- Responsible to co-create a roadmap for a digital source to pay ecosystem for the sourcing organization

- Responsible to analyze the process of the 'as-is' state and co-develop the 'to-be' state with best-in class process and capabilities

- Effectively program manage the lifecycle of a technology project that involves inter-functional dependencies & enterprise-wide change management

Functional/Technical Competencies :

- In-depth understanding of the source to pay process

- Expertise on various procurement technologies like SAP, Coupa, Ariba, iValua etc

- Strong understanding of the manufacturing operations

Educational Background : Educated to degree level (Engineering, Supply Chain). MBA is optional

Work Experience : 4-6 years (Preferably a practitioner in the sourcing/procurement domain with exposure to technology)
