Primary Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Financial Analysis: Business analytic, financial forecast and planning, revenue/expense drivers and variances, and sales intensity - Execution of Strategic Priorities: Partner senior counterparts in onshore locations on strategic initiatives including commercialization, monetization of sales, and new business roll-outs - Senior Management Reviews: Produce strategic and financial presentations for management meetings, business reviews and townhalls - Market Intelligence: Analysis and interpretation of financial statements and bench-marking information; source and interpret industry information from a variety of data sources to form views on the industry and key trends and individual companies Qualifications :&nbsp; - MBA from Premier B with preferably 4-7 years experience in banking ; Finance, Operations or Product knowledge of transaction banking, Cash Management or Trade Finance, would be a bonus Specific Skills/ Experience Required - Understanding of financial statements and experience in analyzing large data sets - Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail and spotting trends - Strong organizational, project and time management skills - Flexibility in coping with urgent and/or multiple demands is a must - Articulate in written and verbal communication and present and support their own conclusions to senior audiences - Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable in facing off to senior management - Ability to work independently and partner effectively as a team player - High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a pre-requisite - Prior experience in Qlikview, Xceptor, Robotics, Tableau, VB Macros and/or other business intelligence tools preferred - Must be willing to work shift hours supporting the EMEA time zone; flexibility to support other time zones maybe required later Divya
